  1. Mix first 5 ingredients all together.
  2. First put margarine in a pan; let melt.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons flour, mushroom juice and 1/2 cup milk in; stir all up and cook until thick.
  4. Pour over noodles. Bake.
  5. Equals bread substitute, limited vegetable and fat - 1/2 milk.
