Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cooked noodles
- 4 oz. tuna
- 4 oz. peas
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- 2 tsp. onion flakes
- 1/4 c. mushroom juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients all together.
- First put margarine in a pan; let melt.
- Put 2 tablespoons flour, mushroom juice and 1/2 cup milk in; stir all up and cook until thick.
- Pour over noodles. Bake.
- Equals bread substitute, limited vegetable and fat - 1/2 milk.
