Ingredients
- 1 qt. broth (chicken or turkey)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- a little milk
- 3/4 to 1 c. cooked chopped giblets
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
- salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
Directions
- Cook giblets in enough water to cover until tender.
- Chop and set aside.
- Heat broth and season.
- Stir a little milk gradually into flour or cornstarch until smooth.
- Add a little hot broth to this; stir until fairly thin and return to pot.
- Simmer until a nice consistency (not too thick).
- Add hard-boiled egg and giblets. Serve in gravy boat.
