Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 4 oz. tiny shrimp
- 4 oz. drained crab meat
- 4 oz. shredded natural Swiss cheese
- 1/3 onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Sprinkle crab meat, shrimp, cheese and onion in pie shell. Beat eggs slightly and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
- Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes at 425°. Reduce temperature to 300° and cook for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Serves 6.
