Ingredients
- 8 oz. can oyster pieces
- 1 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Directions
- Mix well and pour into greased casserole.
- Sprinkle on top 2 tablespoons melted margarine and 1/2 cup crackers (11).
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 6.
