Ingredients
- saltine crackers
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
Directions
- Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil, dull side up.
- Cover with layer of saltines.
- Cook butter and sugar together at boiling stage for 3 minutes.
- Pour over crackers.
- Bake at 400° for 7 minutes.
- Melt and spread one 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate over baked mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Break into small pieces and store in airtight container.
