Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 c. whole milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. pimentos, chopped
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 pt. or less salad dressing
Directions
- Heat cheese and milk until melted.
- Cool.
- Add vinegar and sugar.
- Sprinkle salt; add pimento and egg.
- Cook until thick. Stir all the time this is cooking.
- Add 1 pint or less salad dressing.
- Blend until smooth.
- Good as a sandwich spread or as an appetizer.
