  1. Place flour in bowl; make well in center and crack eggs into flour.
  2. Mix well working dough with hands until smooth.
  3. Roll dough out to about 1/8-inch.
  4. Cut the dough into long strips.
  5. Cut the strips into 1-inch diagonal pieces.
  6. Fry pieces of dough in vegetable oil.
  7. Pieces should be placed one at a time so as not to stick to each other.
  8. After all dough has been fried, it is time to cook them in honey.
  9. Heat (low-medium) honey in saucepan until it starts to bubble.
  10. Place fried dough into the honey and stir, coating all pieces (about 5 minutes).
  11. Spoon into paper cupcake wrappers and let cool.
  12. May garnish with colored sprinkles.
