Ingredients
- 4 c. muscadine or grape hulls
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Press the seeds out of enough hulls to make 4 cups.
- Cover hulls with water and cook until tender.
- Pour into deep dish pie shell and cover with top crust or lattice strips.
- Dot with butter and bake at 350° until brown.
