Ingredients
- 160gr mirabelle plumd
- 3 tablespoons mirabelle plum jam (or plum jam)
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons pistachios
Directions
- Preheat oven on 350F
- Whisk softened butter with sugar and salt until creamy. Add the eggs one after the other then slowly add the flour and baking power. Dough must be smooth
- Wash the Mirabelle plums, remove the kernels and fold into the dough with the jam and pistachios
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 350F. To check if the cake is baked, put a knife into the cake and if it comes out clean it is cooked
