Ingredients
- 1 lb. Imperial margarine
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 4 c. flour
- Solo pastry filling
Directions
- Mix and beat soft margarine and vanilla ice cream.
- Beat in sugar, slowly add flour.
- Dough will be sticky when all mixed.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Roll dough, little at a time, thin on flour surface.
- Cut in 2 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch squares.
- Put about 1/2 teaspoon of pie filling in middle.
- Fold 2 corners.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
