Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn (don't drain)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole corn (don't drain)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Add sour cream, butter and corn.
- Fold in Jiffy mix and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
