Jello Peach Pie

Directions

  1. Bring sugar, cornstarch, jello and water to a boil.
  2. Liquid will turn clear and should stick to a spoon.
  3. Add peaches.
  4. Pour into a prebaked 9 inch pie shell (may use deep dish).
  5. Refrigerate until jelled.
  6. Serve with Cool Whip on top.
  7. Other fruit (such as strawberries) may be used as well, with matching jello.
