Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 small box peach jello
Directions
- Bring sugar, cornstarch, jello and water to a boil.
- Liquid will turn clear and should stick to a spoon.
- Add peaches.
- Pour into a prebaked 9 inch pie shell (may use deep dish).
- Refrigerate until jelled.
- Serve with Cool Whip on top.
- Other fruit (such as strawberries) may be used as well, with matching jello.
