Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add lemon juice, evaporated milk and pineapple.
- Fold in cottage cheese and pecans.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
