Ingredients
- 2 lbs cranberries
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons brandy
Directions
- Spread cranberries evenly in a roasting pan
- sprinkle sugar over berries and pour brandy over all.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour .
- cool completely before serving-.
